2024 Tutor Recruitment for Foreign Language Tutoring Activity

  • 報名資訊Registration
  1. 對象:限本校在學學生,並具備英語、華語、日語、西班牙語、韓語或法語語言能力(詳如備註)
  2. 條件:配對成功者需參加語文中心舉辦之輔導行前說明會,並於5月17日(五)前完成輔導,以及參加5月22日(三)15:30-17:30成果發表分享會。
  3. 報名期間:即日起至113年03月15日(五)

  1. Applicants: Students who have the ability to speak and teach English Mandarin, Japanese, Spanish, Korean, or French.
  2. Qualifications: The tutor are required to attend a pre-counseling orientation session organized by the Language Center, and must finish tutoring before May 17 (Fri.) then attend a sharing meeting held by the Language Center on May 22, 15:30-17:30.

  • 輔導方式Tutoring information
  1. 配對:將由語文中心進行輔導配對,輔導對象為目前正在修習英文課程、第二外語或華語課程之學生,每組輔導人數至多安排2人,將以Email通知配對結果,未配對成功者亦將以Email通知。
  2. 時間地點:以實體活動為主,請輔導小老師自行與輔導成員約定時間及地點,語文中心不另提供場地,並須於5月17日(五)前輔導時數12-20小時。
  3. 輔導內容:以輔導成員英文、第二外語、華語課程內容進度為主。
  4. 活動紀錄:每次進行輔導後,輔導小老師皆須填寫紙本活動紀錄表並上傳照片,未繳交紀錄表/上傳照片者視為無進行輔導。
  5. 針對配對成功之輔導小老師,將依實際輔導時數提供工讀金或本校服務時數。
  6. 所有參與活動人員皆須參加行程說明會及成果發表分享會,詳細資訊將另行通知。

    2. 成果發表分享會:113年05月22日(三)15:30-17:30,所有參與活動人員皆須參加,詳細資訊將另行通知。
  1. Matching: The Language Center will match tutors with students who are currently taking English, Second Foreign Language or Mandarin courses. Each tutoring group will be arranged with 1-2 students. The Language Center will inform tutors the matching results by email.
  2. Time and Venue: Please do face-to-face tutoring. Tutor should arrange the time and place with the students. The Language Center will not provide a classroom. All tutors need to finish 12-20 hours before May 17.
  3. The content of the tutorials should be based on the content of the English, Second Foreign Language and Mandarin courses.
  4. Activity records: After each tutoring lesson, tutors are required to fill out an paper activity record form and upload photos.
  5. The Language Center will provide payment according to the actual tutoring hours.
  6. all participants are required to attend Pre-counseling orientation session and Sharing meeting. The detailed information of the sharing meeting will be announced in May.
    1. Pre-counseling orientation session: 15:30-17:30, March 27 (Wed.)
    2. Sharing meeting: 15:30-17:30 on May 22, 2024 (Wed.)

 

  • 注意事項Notes
  1. 若有任何變更或其他說明事項,將隨時公告於語文中心網頁;如輔導期間有突發狀況或特殊情形,語文中心有權即刻停止活動之進行。
  2. 如有相關問題請至H103語文中心辦公室或來電詢問:華語輔導分機19611、英語及第二外語輔導分機19621。
  1. If there are any changes, the Language Center will post an announcement on the Language Center website. If there are unexpected or special situations during the tutoring time, the Language Center reserves the right to stop the activity immediately.
  2. If you have any questions, please contact the Language Center office in H103 or call 19611(Mandarin), 19621(English and Foreign Language).

 

  • 備註Remarks:申請者須具備以下語言能力條件之一或具備證照。 Applicant should match one of the following requirements.

  1. 外籍生:至少修習過本校華語課程進階華語以上者。
  2. 本國籍生:得以英文溝通者

  2. Native speaker: be able to communicate in English.

外籍生:華語文能力測驗進階級(含)以上
